Howard Field joined Hotel Investment Advisors in December 2002.  His 35 year plus career in the hospitality sector spans roles as a financial manager at unit, divisional and corporate levels in international standard hotels and companies, and in professional consulting which included feasibility analysis, lease and management contract advice, and due diligence for banks, private and institutional investors.  He also established the first specialist recruitment consultancy focused on financial managers, IT and purchasing specialists, operations and development analysts for hotel companies and professional real estate, hospitality and leisure consultancies.  Mr Field was a founder member of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants, where he served on the Council for over 30 years.
