Since inception, CHM has provided asset management services to owners, developers and investors on hotels and resorts throughout the United States valued at more than $1 billion. Prior to joining CHM, Mr. Crandell held senior level positions with major consulting firms, serving as practice leader of the firm's hotel asset management group. His 20 years of industry experience includes hotel management and franchise contract selection and negotiation, operational reviews focusing on market positioning and financial performance, and hotel acquisition and disposition strategies.
